Can you do white labeling?

Yes, MAYK offers Retail-Ready Formulations, aka white label formulations, that work like a turnkey solution which saves you time and resources. All you need to do is select a product from the catalog, and rebrand them as your own.

If you wish to use MAYK's white label formulations, MOQs are 50pcs per product to start. Note that customizations are not possible as the formulation and packaging have been fixed.

What is the process of Retail-Ready Formulations?

1. Explore our Retail-Ready Formulations catalog here.

2. Order samples ($20 each).

3. Order a production on our website (starts at 50 units per order).

4. If you've ordered labels/boxes, send us your designs based on the template dielines provided by MAYK.

What is the typical lead time for the production of skincare products?

For Retail-Ready Formulations, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to produce after confirming your label designs.

For Custom Formulations, it usually takes 6-8 weeks to produce after confirming your label designs.

How many samples can I receive?

Retail-Ready Formulations: You can purchase samples for each product from our catalog. For $20, you will receive one sample for one product.

Custom Formulation:

1. Initial sample: We'll create a sample based on your initial consultation and preferences.

2. Revised sample: We'll create a revised sample reflecting your feedback on the initial sample.

3. If you still want to make further refinements after the first two, additional sample revisions are available for $69 each.

Can I cancel a sample order and get a refund?

For custom formulated samples, we do not offer refunds. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure you receive a high-quality product that meets your expectations.

For retail-ready formulation samples, we also do not offer refunds.

If your sample arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo. We'll take care of it as soon as possible!

Who owns the IP of the formula?

For custom formulations, we strictly follow a “one brand, one formulation” policy: your formula will not be shared or reused with other clients.

While full IP is retained by the manufacturer, your brand exclusively uses the developed product.

The product I want to create is not on your Retail-Ready Formulations catalog.

If the product you want to manufacture is not on our Retail-Ready Formulations catalog, then you will have to use our Custom Formulation service to create that product.

Note that Custom Formulation MOQs will apply.
