Manufacturing FAQ

While skincare manufacturing is our core expertise, we collaborate with certified Korean OEM/ODM factories that also produce body care, hair care and color cosmetics. This allows us to expand our production capabilities to include more products. However, project feasibility will depend on the manufacturer's MOQs.

While we specialize in skincare manufacturing, we do have a few partner manufacturers who can also manufacture color cosmetics. However, do note that the MOQs for color cosmetics are typically higher, and they start from 5,000pcs per shade.

Yes, but only with a custom formulaltion route.

Yes, if they are compatible with the manufacturer's filling equipment.

Do consult with us to ensure your containers are compatible with the formulation and our filling equipment. There will be a container compatibility test.

No, bulk orders for only the formulation are not possible as there is a risk that the formulations may deteriorate during shipping. If you have your own packaging containers that you want to use for your product, please consult with us.

For each product, we provide:

• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)

• INCI ingredient list

• COA (Certificate of Analysis)

Certain markets also require certain documents for product registration. We can provide these upon request:

• PIF (Product Information File)

• CFS (Certificate of Free Sale)

Products made in Korea can be sold anywhere as long as they comply with the local regulations of your target country.

Certain products with certain claims must be substantiated with certificates or registrations with the local authority as well. If you need help with getting documents from the manufacturer for product registration purposes, feel free to request from us. Make sure to be upfront about your target country, so that we can avoid compliance issues that may arise.

If your formula is feasible, then yes, but under the condition that you are the owner of that formula. Please contact us via email.
