Shipping FAQ

For samples, we mostly use Fedex or DHL.

For finished products, we provide air or sea freight options. Freight costs are calculated after production based on the final box count, size and weight.

We are not able to provide shipping cost estimates because shipping costs are only calculated after production is complete, as it depends on the final box count, size and weight, as well as destination.

If you really want a ballpark number, you're generally looking at less than $1 per unit for shipping.

Finished products may take up to 4~5 weeks to ship by vessel. If you use air freights, the shipping time can be shortened to 1~2 weeks.
