Where do you ship to?
How do you ship the products?
For samples, we mostly use Fedex or DHL.
For finished products, we provide air or sea freight options. Freight costs are calculated after production based on the final box count, size and weight.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the shipping terms you choose.
We will only know the exact shipping cost after your production is completed and the final weight and dimensions of your cargo are confirmed. This is because these factors directly influence the freight quote.
How long does it take to receive the finished products?
Finished products may take up to 4~5 weeks to ship by vessel. If you use air freights, the shipping time can be shortened to 1~2 weeks.
Do you offer dropshipping service?
No, we are not involved with any dropshipping and do not plan to be in the near future.
